Please note that ALL PAINTINGS listed on the site are marked for FINAL SALE and are INELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.

In the highly unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, contact our Client Support team at clientsupport@pinkspacegallery.com or 347.709.1896. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory solution. Upon delivery of your order, request the shipping carrier’s paperwork, and keep all packaging and shipping documents for your records. Note any condition issues, discrepancies or damage. Take close-up photos and images of the entire item. Note you will not be able to file a claim about item issues or shipping damage without photos of the damaged item and packaging, a close-up photo of the area(s) of concern, and photos of the item as a whole. Upon delivery of the painting(s), you as the buyer have 2 business days to inspect the painting(s) and contact our client support team. We are unable to honor any claims or reports of damage after 2 business days from delivery. Also please note that we reserve the right to decline any return or damage claims made depending upon a thorough investigation and case basis. 

SHIPPING PROCESS

We work with our shipping partners to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Please note that delivery methods and times may vary based on your location. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Complimentary shipping for orders have an estimated delivery time of 10-15 days from the date the order is placed. Complimentary shipping is provided via FedEx or UPS from our private studio headquarters and delivered to your door. Deliveries will be made to a customer’s front porch, front door or curbside but the shipper will not enter the home or remove packaging. Furthermore, please note that deliveries do not include unpacking, inspection, assembly or installation. For apartment buildings, if the building approves and the size of the item permits, delivery can be made to the lobby. Please make sure you have correct measurements and the item will fit the desired space in your home. Items that are unable to be delivered for any reason will be returned to our private studio, and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, including shipping insurance. Note that we may not be able to accommodate address changes once your order has been processed or shipped.

Do These Paintings Come Framed?

No, these paintings arrive unframed so you are free to customize the piece with your very own frame of choice.

No, currently we only ship to clients within the United States. 

How Will My Painting Be Shipped?

Most paintings will be shipped in a sturdy, well packaged cardboard box. Some very large paintings might require to be shipped in a sturdy wooden crate to be secure during the journey.
